1. Who We Are

2. Data We Collect
Account data (name, email, hashed password — or your Google name/email/photo if you sign in with Google), purchase history, course watch progress, questions, reviews, refund requests, and cart contents. We do NOT collect payment card data — Stripe and PayPal process payments on their own systems.
3. Why We Process It (Legal Basis)
To provide your courses and account (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to send purchase receipts, password resets, welcome and cart-reminder emails (contract / legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); to comply with tax and accounting laws (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used, which is why you don't see a cookie consent banner.
5. Processors & Third Parties
Stripe (card payments), PayPal (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting/CDN provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own GDPR-compliant terms. Some providers are located outside the EU; transfers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Order and invoice data is retained as required by law (up to 10 years in Germany). You can request account deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Germany: your state's Datenschutzbehörde). To exercise your rights, contact us via the email in the Impressum.
8. Security
All traffic is SSL/TLS encrypted. Passwords are stored hashed. Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant via Stripe and PayPal.
