14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every paid course comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If a course isn't right for you, you can request a refund — no lengthy justification needed.
The 20% Rule
A refund is NOT available if you have already watched more than 20% of the course content, or if a completion certificate has been issued. This protects the platform from abuse while giving you plenty of room to genuinely evaluate a course.
Bundles
Bundles are refunded as a whole (all included courses together) under the same conditions — the 20% rule applies to each included course.
How to Request
Log in → Account → Request Refund, choose the course and (optionally) tell us why. Requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
How You Get Your Money
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe or PayPal. Depending on your bank, the money arrives within 5–10 business days.
EU Right of Withdrawal
For digital content, you expressly consent at purchase that we begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once you start streaming course content. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee above goes beyond this and remains available within its conditions.

Free courses are not refundable (nothing was paid). For discounted purchases, the amount actually paid is refunded.
