◆ UNREAL ACADEMY ◆
TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: June 2026
1. About Unreal Academy
Unreal Academy (ue-academy.com) is an online learning platform offering video courses about Unreal Engine. By creating an account or purchasing a course you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering (via email/password or Google). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3. Course License
Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to view the course content for your own learning. You may not download, copy, redistribute, resell, publicly screen, or share course videos or materials.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in USD or EUR before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal — we never see or store your card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Discounts via coupon codes or bundles apply only at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds
All paid courses come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to our Refund Policy (in particular: refunds are not available once more than 20% of a course has been watched). See the full Refund Policy for details.
6. Community Conduct
Questions, answers and reviews must be respectful and relevant to the course. We may remove content that is offensive, spammy, or infringing, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, graphics and text are the property of Unreal Academy. "Unreal Engine" is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. Unreal Academy is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games.
8. Availability & Changes
We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update course content, prices and these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unreal Academy is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. Courses are educational content — results depend on your own practice.
